165g wheat flour
2 tsp vanilla sugar
0.5 tsp salt
5 dl of milk
25g of melted butter
+ a little butter for frying
Mix the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add half of the milk and mix into a smooth dough.
Mix in the remaining milk, eggs, and melted butter. Let the dough stand and swell for 15-30 minutes.
Fry the pancakes in a little butter on medium heat until golden brown. Butter the pan again for each pancake, but only thinly.
